A small Man, and his Tall Sister

Fredrick, or Fred for short, is a guy who is unnaturally short. He is only three feet tall, and is considered a midget. However, despite being small, he hits quite hard. Fredrick HATES being called small. He has Sparkly blue eyes, Blonde Hair, white Skin, and wears a White shirt, red pants, black running shoes, and a Dark red overcoat, with long sleeves that cover his hands. The hood is always up. His Sister is Unnaturally tall, given the family, standing at 10 feet tall. She has really Pale skin, and a stretched out body. The two of them live in The Pink Lake Village. His Sister is Millie.
